The Engagement Manager will be responsible for building a positive relationship with a client or multiple clients. They will be responsible for orchestrating and setting strategic direction for the tactical teams. They should have substantially experience in marketing data and analytics implementations. Looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills to accomplish the following responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive workshops and data hackathons which includes planning and executing all related activities like creating planning tools, managing resources, and mentoring participants for the hackathon
  • Build and support tactical execution plans to drive towards outcomes
  • Surface key problem statements and dependencies among technical and non-technical stakeholders, and define limitations for the execution of data and analytical solutions
  • Find ways to organically up-sell analytical solutions and help expand the scope of the current engagement with client’s marketing teams

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within a marketing or consulting environment
  • Subject matter expert with hands-on experience in implementing marketing analytical solutions
  • Excellent structured communication skills with the ability to facilitate hackathons/workshops
