Telework (US/Canada)

The Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will help deliver analytics for multiple web properties and support strategic initiatives. They will work with client’s marketing and business partners to define Key Performance Indicators, (KPIs), for new projects/enhancements. You will define the best analytics approach using Adobe Analytics Product Suite.


  • Determine strategies to merge data sets, enhance existing and create new automated dashboards, reports, and other assets to monitor performance
  • Suggest KPI frameworks and improvements in performance measurement of web platforms – including Adobe Analytics data, 3rd party data etc.
  • Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation on Adobe Analytics
  • Work across both marketing and development to support both teams with analytics tracking
  • Be the go-to person for all data questions, engage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meets business requirements and modify approach as per the feedback received.
  • Conduct deep analytics on a broad set of digital (web clickstream) data and play a lead role in business problem solving through findings and insights from that analysis.
  • Lead business stakeholders through business process analysis and requirements gathering while leading the design, presentation, and implementation of technical solutions to meet their needs



  • Subject matter expert with total experience between 6-10 years using Adobe Analytics Suite
  • Experience with Adobe DTM is preferred
  • Experience on technical architecture/framework of analytical eco-system(s)
  • Experience in interfacing between business and implementation units
  • Stakeholder management skills, including strong communication and presentation experience
